Last Updated: August 2026 • Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using software operated by 56KLabz.
- 1. All Sales Are Final: Because software is delivered digitally as an APK/download alongside a 7-day free trial, all license purchases are non-refundable.
- 2. Software License, Not Ownership: Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive license to operate NovaDash (Standard Tier = 1 node/device; Power Tier = Unlimited).
- 3. Zero Telemetry Privacy: We do not log, track, or store your SSH credentials, server IP addresses, or private keys. Everything remains strictly local to your device.
- 4. "AS-IS" Software: You are responsible for your own server management. 56KLabz is not liable for commands executed or server misconfigurations performed via SSH.
1. End User License Agreement (EULA) & Scope
By downloading, installing, or using NovaDash or any 56KLabz software, you agree to be bound by these terms. 56KLabz grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software subject to your purchased license tier:
- Standard License ($24.99): Authorized for single-user operation on 1 mobile device connected to 1 server/node environment.
- Power User License ($49.99): Authorized for single-user operation on all personal mobile devices connected to unlimited server nodes.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or lease 56KLabz software package files (.apk) or license keys.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy ("All Sales Final")
All software products distributed by 56KLabz are non-tangible, digital goods. 56KLabz provides a 7-Day Free Trial allowing users to fully test software compatibility, system requirements, and functionality prior to purchasing.
All sales are final. Once a digital purchase is completed and a license key or download access is issued, no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be provided under any circumstances. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate revocation of your software license key and account termination.
3. Privacy Policy & Security Guarantee
56KLabz operates on a strict zero-telemetry, offline-first philosophy. We value system privacy above all else:
- We do NOT collect, transmit, or store your server IP addresses, hostnames, usernames, passwords, or SSH private keys.
- All SSH credentials and keys are encrypted directly on your local device using Android KeyStore security APIs.
- We do NOT sell or share customer email addresses with third parties. Account data is strictly used for software license activation.
- We do collect your email address and license status (tier, trial state, activation date) strictly for account management and software activation. No server infrastructure data — IP addresses, hostnames, credentials, or keys — ever leaves your device or reaches our servers.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
56KLabz software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You acknowledge that server management tools operate direct command execution over SSH protocols. In no event shall 56KLabz, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including server downtime, data loss, or misconfigurations) resulting from the use or inability to use 56KLabz software.
